Customer Plays

Every court booking by a registered customer counts as a qualifying game toward their loyalty progress.

Progress Tracked

The system automatically tracks how many qualifying games they've played. Staff can see progress anytime on the customer profile.

Reward Unlocked

Once they hit the threshold (e.g. 5 games), a "Reward Eligible" badge appears. The next booking can be marked as a free game.

Free Game Applied

Admin selects "Apply Loyalty Reward" when creating the booking. Price shows NPR 0. The counter resets and the cycle begins again.
